Here to save you hours, welcome to the ‘Pitches’ tracker. Seamlessly monitor your press outreach, follow-ups, and responses—all in one place.

Good to knows:

• To create, amend or remove lists, hit ‘Options’ within the list column.
• When you move an opportunity from 'Saved' to 'Pitches,' the contact information will be fixed at that moment and non editable within 'Pitches'. To ensure the information is up-to-date, we suggest moving the opportunity to 'Pitches' on the same day you pitch.
• You can add the same opportunity to ‘Pitches’ more than once.
• We archive your activity annually, but all data is stored so you’ll be able to reference previous years PR activity.
• Don’t pitch again from the ‘Pitches’ view. Information here was frozen on the date it was added, so go back to ‘Saved opportunities’ for the most up-to-date information.
