Stay on top of gift guide requests by using the below ‘Pitch Tracker’. Keep tabs on who you’ve pitched to and monitor coverage opportunities.

Good to knows:

• Scroll down to the pitches tracker below to add notes, lists and dates.
• To create, amend or remove lists, hit ‘Options’ within the list column.
• Gift guide requests should only be pitched to and followed up with once, and therefore can only be added to ‘Pitch Tracker’ once.
• When you save a Christmas or general gift guide request to ‘Pitch Tracker’ the information will be fixed at that moment and non-editable within the ‘Pitch Tracker’. To ensure the information is up-to-date, we suggest saving the opportunity to ‘Pitch Tracker' on the same day you pitch.
