CORE
Pitch Tracker
This is where you easily monitor your pitches, follow-ups, and responses — all in one place.
Good to knows:
- To create, amend or remove lists, hit ‘Options’ within the list column.
- When you move an opportunity from 'Saved' to 'Pitch Tracker’ the information will be fixed at that moment and non-editable within 'Pitch Tracker'. To ensure the information is up-to-date, we suggest moving the opportunity to 'Pitch Tracker' on the same day you pitch.
- You can add the ‘Proactive opportunities’ to ‘Pitch Tracker’ more than once.
- We archive your activity annually, but all data is stored so you’ll be able to reference previous years' PR activity.
- Avoid pitching again from the ‘Pitch Tracker’ view, as this information is frozen from the date it was added. Instead, go back to ‘Saved’ for the most up-to-date information.
We regularly check database details. If an email bounces back, let us know here and we’ll update the information.
